Just getting into it? These are my top 3 inspirational podcasts I always turn to for advice, meditation and positivity.
Over it and On with it is hosted by life coach, speaker and author Christine Hassler. Each episode, which airs weekly, Christine works directly with a caller coaching them through a goal they want to accomplish or an obstacle they are facing.
This podcast is a total winner on days when you’re having trouble with a particular problem or need some advice. Throughout the podcast Christine provides a blend of practical and spiritual advice as well as tangible actions you can apply to your own life. Her questions really make you reflect on your own life and opens your mind to a whole new way of thinking about your problems.

2. Live Awake
Live Awake is a podcast that is perfect to listen to before you go to bed. The slow, meditative way it is presented by host, Sarah Blondin, relaxes you from the get go, while still providing some amazing reflection. Sarah’s topics are incredibly relatable, and her words speak to your soul, creating a consciousness within yourself and brings you back to your grounded center.
Each episode ends with a guided short meditation on the topic at hand to help release some of the tension and hurt we tend to hold on to.
