The popular Hope @ Paul Cluver Summer Concert Series is back, with a stellar cast of local artists performing under the stars at the open air theatre in Elgin. The concerts will run from December through to February 2018, with acts like Karen Zoid, Prime Circle, Elvis Blue and The Parlotones.
Less than an hour’s drive from Cape Town, the Hope @ Paul Cluver Amphitheatre provides a gorgeous spot for outdoor entertainment, with a old Eucalyptus forest encircling an intimate open-air arena, hewn entirely from farm timber.
Aside from treating yourself to a night out, you’re also supporting a great cause. 100% of the profits raised by the Hope @ Paul Cluver Amphitheatre go to Thembalitsha Foundation’s Grabouw projects, which has contributed to the transformation of lives within the local community.
The following artists will be performing at the amphitheatre this Summer:
16 December: Karen Zoid
6 January: Prime Circle
13 January: The Parlotones
27 January: Elvis Blue
10 February: Emo Adams
24 February: Watershed
Gates for each performance open at 5:30pm and you are welcome to bring your own food, though no alcohol. You can buy Paul Cluver wines at the venue. There will also be vendors selling food at the show, including the popular Houw Hoek pies.
