The Lanzerac Winemaker Dinners kick off once more on Tuesday 28 March at 18:30.
Join Cellar Master Wynand Lategan and Executive Chef Stephen Fraser for an exclusive dining experience. Enjoy canapés, a three course summer-inspired meal, and a selection of Lanzerac wines.
The evening will start with a welcome drink and a selection of canapés, which will be served on the Picnic Terrace on the cellar’s rooftop, with stunning views of the vineyards and Jonkershoek Valley. From here you’ll be treated to Chef Stephen’s gourmet cuisine, which celebrates the best of local and seasonal ingredients. You can look forward to Prawn Panna Cotta and Parma Ham Mousse, tender Noisette of Lamb with Bone Marrow Ice Cream, and finally Coconut and Grapefruit dessert served with Beetroot Sponge. This will be paired with the estate’s wines and a glass of their Blanc de Blanc Brut to round things off.
The line-up of wines includes two new releases from the estate’s Premium range as well as their Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage. You will also have the opportunity to visit the underground cellar with Wynand and taste young wines from the 2017 harvest straight from the barrels.
