What’s the best way to spoil mom this Mother’s Day? With bubbly of course! Join Backsberg this Sunday 12 May for Mother’s Day and receive a glass of bubbly on
arrival followed by a 3 course buffet-style spread of delectable delights. Moms will be spoilt for choice with options like homemade breads, pâtés and preserves to start, mouthwatering mains including lamb on the spit and roasted chicken with a scrumptious selection of side dishes as well as dreamy desserts such as Pavlova with seasonal fruit, Malva Pudding with vanilla custard, chocolate roulade and coconut panna cotta.

Alfresco or fire-side – the choice is yours with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Lunch begins at 12:00 but Backsberg’s Tasting Room will be open from 10:00 for those
wanting to warm up with a little wine tasting. Prefer to save wine drinking for lunch? Why not work up an appetite by taking mom for a stroll in the estate’s exquisite gardens.
